• Free 15-30 minutes consultation 
• Therapy sessions are priced at £50 per 50-minute session.  Concessions may be available, depending on your circumstances.  Payment can be made by bank transfer or by cash on the day. 
• I offer flexible day and evening appointments to accommodate your availability.
• I am fully insured for counselling practice through professional liability insurance. 
• I have regular supervision with a BACP-accredited supervisor to ensure ethical, effective, and high-quality practice.
